For Custom Products: Due to their made-to-order nature, custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, if you receive a custom product that is defective or does not match your approved final art proof, please submit a warranty claim at https://nauticoat.com/warranty for a replacement review.

For Non-Custom (Standard) Products: We offer a 30-day return policy for standard items in their original, unused condition. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@nauticoat.com to initiate a return and discuss options.
2. Order Cancellation
Because custom production incurs costs immediately, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Within 2 Business Days & Before Art Proof Approval:
Free cancellation with a 100% refund. Contact us at support@nauticoat.com with your order number. -
After Final Art Proof Approval:
Cancellations or refunds are no longer possible, as your approval directly triggers material production and manufacturing.
